Letter: Trump detractors should look in mirror

Donald Trump haters, I'd like to remind you that Hillary Clinton was a crummy candidate, leaving Trump as the alternative.
Much of your letters are fake and old news. You can't find him defending white supremacy, but you fall all over yourselves if he mentions the Alt-Left may have come to Charlottesville, Va. intending violence.
If Trump got a fair shake from the press, his ratings would be much higher. Maybe you should get the timber out of your eyes before whining about splinters in the eyes of his supporters.
