We support Monica Vernon in the Democratic primary election as candidate for 1st District Congressional representative. She is well qualified. She has experience as a community volunteer, a successful business owner and leading member of the Cedar Rapids City Council. She researches the issues, finds the facts and listens to other opinions.
We are fortunate to have such a devoted and hardworking candidate.
