Letter: Ticket bicyclists for not obeying laws

If we start giving tickets for parking in a bicycle lane then the following should apply:

l Bicyclists should be licensed.

l Bicyclists should obey all traffic laws and be ticketed if they don't obey them.

The cities and counties spend a lot of money building trails and yet bicyclists ride on roadways.
