Letter: Support ward voting in Marion

As Nov. 8 comes closer, we are being inundated with political statements such as rigged system, voter fraud, false poling numbers and voter apathy.
In Marion we can put all of these behind us as we support ward voting in our community. This is your right to voice your word in your wards by placing someone who lives in your ward on the council. If you like the current form of council rule in Marion, vote no. But if you are tired of taxes being raised, fees being raised, excessive spending/bonding in certain parts of town, budgets not being followed or the city's high debt, then the answer is yes. We as a community can reach even higher.
