Letter: Rod Blum supports small business

I would like to voice my support for Rod Blum and urge you to do the same. I am a small-business owner. As all small business owners are aware it is becoming increasingly difficult to operate a profitable and successful small business. The regulatory burdens imposed by multiple government agencies alone are enough to make a person reconsider operating or starting a business. Add in economic policies that are unfavorable to small business and the unfortunate, but commonly held belief that all business owners are wealthy, greedy and morally bankrupt charlatans and it's no wonder a good percentage of businesses fail.
Blum understands small business and understands the tremendous benefits of policies and regulations supporting small business. Benefits that flow through the economy and community, benefits that help to lift everyone up, not just the small business owner. Blum took the time to tour my business, ask thoughtful questions, and listen to my concerns. He shares my vision that we can't tax and spend our way into prosperity and we can't regulate ourselves into success. I support Blum and I encourage you to do the same.
