Letter: Release voting results after all polls close

It's time to get ready for the next national election before it is too late.
Congress needs to pass a bill that requires that no votes are counted or results are released to the public by the media until the final voting polls on the west coast are closed. The current practice sways voters to either unjustly think they are voting for the winning candidate or resolution instead of voting for the candidates who they feel are justly qualified for whatever position they are running for.
This could make a huge difference in our voting process and needs to take effect immediately. Please contact your representatives and ask them to strongly consider this suggestion.
