Letter: Reader sees no reason to support Trump

Please stop asking me to support this president.

From my perspective, this administration has done nothing to earn my support. It is an administration that continues to take actions that would damage or destroy our environment, has sought to undermine support for and effectiveness of public education, attempted to take away health insurance coverage from millions of Americans, voiced support for the actions of white supremacists, undermined the security of America around the world, and spent millions of tax dollars on his own properties. I have no idea what Trump supporters believe there is in any of this for me to support.

Ask for my support for the people of the United States. That is totally fine; I can stand with you on that.
