Letter: President Trump should pay for wall

It seems that the president has started the process of building the wall. I have a suggestion on how to handle it.
If Donald Trump is so sure he can get Mexico to reimburse us for the cost, let the president pay for it. Then Mexico can repay him.
I mean if he is so rich that we don't need to see his tax return, it would be a huge thing for him to show how much faith he has in his ability to do the things he ran on.
In other words, put up or shut up.
