Letter: No timeline for nominee process

Lots of pontificating going on about filling the vacant seat on the Supreme Court.
Well, it's accurate to say the Constitution requires the president to nominate and the Senate to confirm or not confirm the nominee. However, the Constitution makes no mention of any timeline for this process to take place, and to imply otherwise is misleading to say the least.
Not that the political establishment misleading the public is anything new.
