Letter: More obstruction by Congress

We have heard how the primaries and caucuses have been going.
The GOP pundits can't figure out why an outsider is so far ahead of the other contenders. Well, let me put this out there like so many before me. People are sick of the establishment not getting anything done because of the division between the parties. And I am talking about both parties.
I am looking at my choices that are so-called outsiders because of this. People deserve better and neither party seems to want to budge. What happened to democracy?
Now we have an opening on the Supreme Court and the rhetoric is that our president should not nominate a candidate for this position because this is his last year in office. This is as ridiculous as saying that our congressional representatives should not do anything the last year in office because they might lose their bid for re-election to the other party. If this isn't obstructionism at its worst I do not know what else you would call it.
I will not vote for any candidate who stops this process. He/she does not deserve to represent me if they are not doing the job they were elected to do. Anyone holding a regular job would be fired if they did not do their job. Take a stand America!
