Letter: Monica Vernon will work hard for Iowans

Although I do not live in Cedar Rapids proper, I have been aware of Monica Vernon's work on the Cedar Rapids City Council, especially during and after the 2008 flood. I believe she would be an excellent congresswoman for our district and would continue her outreach to constituents and never stop working hard for all of us.
She has had experience operating a small business, managing a growing family and working out solutions as a council member. She has the right priorities for Iowans. She also is working hard to win our trust and send her to Washington D.C.
Let's help her keep up the good work by voting for her in Iowa's primary election June 7 so she can win this district back for us.
