Letter: Jared Kushner faces many challenges

So Jared Kushner is heading a newly created government agency to make government operate like a business. That's quite a challenge, but I'm sure he's up for it.

Generally speaking, businesses are formed to provide a service and make a profit so they can continue to provide services.

'Governmental profit” - what a great idea. Maybe all the profit the son-in-law-in-chief makes could be applied against our national debt.

The similarities are obvious. Every business needs to have three separate, but equal, duties and obligations as provided by the Constitution. It makes for what has sometimes been called 'checks and balances.”

So production, sales and management all work together to reach success - each with the ability and duty to check each other.

Recent examples might include an immigration ban from the executive branch stopped dead in the water by the judiciary.

Or the legislative partner killing a bill to save the nation from Obamacare.

One can hardly wait to see how this close-knit triumvirate handles tax reform.

I dearly wish Kushner all the luck in the world. I've always said nepotism is OK as long as you keep it in the family.
