Letter: Humbled by kindness of strangers

To United Way volunteer Chris and his crew and to the anonymous man driving by in a truck with sandbags Friday night: heartfelt thanks for your help sandbagging the three new Habitat for Humanity houses on K Street SW.
You all worked so hard to help complete strangers. It was, indeed, humbling to receive your kindness.
