Letter: Hopeful for change with new leadership

Now that we are going to have new city leaders, something needs to be done with our Medicaid system and our mental health issue. Gov. Kim Reynolds doesn't get it, at all.
We need mental health facilities available to help people in need. The Medicaid system change was a total and complete failure and by closing mental health facilities it has hurt a lot of needy people. I cannot believe elected officials cannot see this.
I used my right to vote and I certainly hope it's going to mean something positive for our city.
