Letter: Downtown changes slow traffic down

I recently had to drive downtown on Third Avenue from the northwest side to help a family member with car problems.
The intent to slow down traffic by turning one-way streets to two-way streets and putting stop signs on the major traffic avenues while letting less-traveled streets pass through has worked.
I will never again support a business or an event on the east side of the river. Good job, mayor!
