Letter: Dale Todd is a proven leader

I support Dale Todd for the District 3 City Council in Cedar Rapids. He is a friend and neighbor who has been a leader in this city for more than four decades.
His experience as parks commissioner on the City Council from 1998 to 2002, as well as his determined and effective efforts promoting the development of Cedar Lake, the NewBo and Czech Village districts, and the Sleeping Giant pedestrian bridge demonstrate his hard work and commitment to the city. He knows how to work with people to get things done.
I urge voters in District 3 to elect Todd, a proven leader.
