Letter: Count on Shields in time of crisis

I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Justin Shields over the past several years during his time serving on the Cedar Rapids City Council. His common-sense approach is refreshing. His past workforce experience, wisdom and humor; coupled with humility and his love for Cedar Rapids, has made him an excellent representative for the City of Cedar Rapids.

His leadership skills and his ability to work well with others helped to rebuild the city after the flood, proving that he can be counted on in a time of crisis. He works hard to assure that Cedar Rapids will continue to be a vibrant city for generations. Please remember to cast your vote for him for the 5th District on Tuesday.
