Letter: Cedar Rapids needs Lisa Kuzela

This city needs Lisa Kuzela on the City Council to bring honesty and integrity back to the city.
There is more to this city than the downtown business district. Too much of the area other than the downtown has been ignored for too long. Kuzela never will be a rubber stamp that goes along to get along.
This city needed the one percent tax money to fix the streets. It didn't need the tax money for cement islands in the middle of the streets. A lot of money was wasted on cement islands on First Avenue and divided street on C Avenue.
That is the kind of thing we need her to keep from happening.
