Letter: Branstad is leaving state in bad shape

What Gov. Terry Branstad has done for Iowa:
Iowa is recognized for having the worst bridges in the country. Public employees have been deprived of their bargaining rights. Public schools are being compromised. Iowa has a budget shortfall like no other.
Hopefully he will help China as he has helped Iowa.
