Letter: Ask physicians for a health care solution

Unfortunately, politicians and partisans of all types would rather continue 'the health care issue,” along with its controversy, rather than work collaboratively, with expert non-political guidance, to find a fiscally responsible solution to provide meaningful care delivered through an efficient system.

It appears Washington prefers to lurch from one ill-conceived concoction to another, foisted upon the masses merely to meet selfish political motives.

I assert if we were to commission a small yet representative group of non-politician citizens and select physicians and representatives from the health care industry and give them a year, they could draft a satisfactory bill for legislative action.
