Let state pay traffic camera companies

I don't understand why anyone becomes angry when he or she gets a ticket for going 13 mph over the speed limit.
Are you kidding me?
My hometown newspaper publishes the names of people ticketed for going 1 to 5 mph over the speed limit posted on the highway that goes through town.
In my opinion, if the state wants the money, of course our state taxes should pay the company that operates the cameras.
Actually, it's a federal highway. Maybe the money could be used to supplement the money that Mexico has allocated toward building the wall between their northern and our southern border.
