Left lane is for passing, not blocking traffic

Left-lane drivers, have you never heard or seen “drive right, pass left” or “slower traffic, keep right?” Do you ever look in your rear view mirror? Have you ever noticed the miles of traffic you are blocking?
You are selfish, inconsiderate and oblivious. You should be fined for a traffic violation. You are the reason for road rage and traffic jams. You are the cause of law-abiding citizens eventually illegally passing on the right because you leave them no other choice.
“Pass” or get off the pot. Keep right. And get off your phone.
