LaTasha DeLoach will work for a better future

To the editor:

I support LaTasha DeLoach for the Iowa City Community School District school board.

She is passionate about children having what they need to be successful. She will work hard for a better future for our children.

She has a great history of community advocacy. She will bring her knowledge from being on various boards and commissions to the school board. She has shown her ability to work effectively with different groups, including Iowa City Community School District in her profession as a licensed social worker.

She will bring her dedication, her passion, her leadership, and her voice to the board. She is a practical thinker, excellent listener and her ability to work with others on difficult issues is exceptional. She is not afraid of tough conversations. She will work hard to understand the needs of all students, teachers, families, and other community members. A vote for DeLoach is a vote for change.
