Landscaping on I-380 makes drive enjoyable

It is a pleasure to drive either north or southbound on Interstate 380 by Exit 18 (Wilson Avenue SW) and see the landscaping project recently completed. Thank you to all who in one way or another contributed to make this possible.
Next project, please: Take the rusted fencing off in front of the new Cedar Rapids sign.
