Karr has the courage to risk making mistakes

Don Karr has been actively involved in our community for a long time and the valuable experience of starting and growing a small business. Don will have the time to keep his commitment to devote 110 percent to being a leader through the overwhelming challenges of flood recovery since he recently sold the business to his daughters.
He also has the experience of recovering from 3 feet of floodwater in his building and showed initiative and common sense in starting the Cedar Rapids Small Business Recovery Group immediately after the flood. This group was honored for its work by the federal Small Business Administration.
I believe Don when he says he has the courage to risk making mistakes.
