JPMorgan sets example, takes responsibility
The Gazette Opinion Staff

Last week, the chief executive officer of one of the nation's largest banks, JPMorgan Chase & Co., acknowledged that they lost $2 billion. That CEO, Jamie Dimon, when interviewed about this loss, said his company made self-inflicted mistakes.
Isn't it refreshing to hear that the responsibility for this mistake was acknowledged to be theirs and not a handy scapegoat? Our president, Barack Obama, could take a lesson from this and not blame his blunders on one of his predecessors, George Bush.
