Is this the beginning of the end for NewBo?

I frequent NewBo City Market and I was shocked and disappointed to hear Russian Delights was asked to leave Feb. 28.
I feel NewBo is a great asset to Cedar Rapids. NewBo shows diversity and the unique Russian delicacies were part of it. Each time I was there they were busy. They go out of their way to accommodate their patrons. I think this decision was a huge mistake, as do many other people. I think the public deserves an answer as to why.
Cedar Rapids couldn't keep an IMAX and this sounds like it could be the beginning of the end of NewBo City Market.
What person would want to bring their business into this market knowing this could happen to them?
