Iowa’s child support laws unconstitutional
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Jun. 27, 2010 12:52 am
Iowa's child support and divorce laws should be ruled unconstitutional. I have been dealing with the unfairness of child support laws since 1985.
Recently, I experienced the unfairness of the divorce laws. This included unjust decisions from three biased, incompetent judges, ranging from illegal amounts of child support to having to pay illegal equity.
I have written to the governor's office to meet with him and my state representative.
Every day I see commercials for lawyers to represent people on various subjects. So where are the lawyer ads for those of us who are victims of Iowa's unconstitutional child support and divorce laws?
