Iowa Supreme Court needs dictionaries

Aug. 10, 2010 12:01 am
Marriage, according to my dictionary, is “the social institution under which a man and woman establish their decision to live as a man and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc.”
The Iowa Supreme Court justices don't understand what the word marriage means.
