Iowa farmers included among millionaires

I find President Barack Obama's political ads claiming Mitt Romney's tax plan favors millionaires very interesting. After an Internet search, I discovered that according to Iowa State Extension and Outreach, the average farmland prices in March in Iowa were $7,131 per acre.
In 2011, the average farm size in Iowa, according to the Iowa Department of Agriculture, was 333 acres, and the number of farms in Iowa stood at 92,300.
That breaks down to the average farmer (if all farmers owned all the land they farm) worth $2,374,623.
That amounts to an awful lot of millionaire farm families Obama's ads are slamming every day. That's a curious way to run a campaign, if you ask me.
