Iowa City needs Newman Abuissa

We need Newman Abuissa on the City Council! As a 74-year-old grandmother whose mobility is often compromised, I am happy to support someone who is concerned about the needs of often neglected communities. We need someone who knows how to listen and help empower others to advocate for themselves.
I have known Newman for more than 20 years. I have always known him to value justice and show compassion to those who could not speak for themselves. Now he is teaching others how to advocate for themselves.
Please vote for Newman Abuissa for City Council!
