Infrastructure funds used the wrong way

For all you people out there who wonder why our roads and bridges are deteriorating and want to raise the gas tax, you should really be pleased that these transportation funds are being used for things such as the skywalk system in downtown Cedar Rapids. Happy pothole avoidance.
