Include prevention with health care changes

We all know there has to be changes in our health care to cut the cost of insurance. People are living longer and require more care. We must all learn to prevent illness through better education, starting in our school systems. With better eating habits and exercise, healthier children will make healthier adults.
The other most important change has to be in Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. No one wants to hear that the age will have to be raised. I think we should give tax breaks for all income earned by anybody over the age of drawing Social Security to help them pay for any health care not already paid for so as not to put a burden on others.
