If you like cameras, have one at your house

About the red light/speeding cameras: When driving down Interstate 380, almost everyone slows down where the cameras are, but as soon as they get past them, they speed up. The city would have to have cameras every inch of the highway to stop them all. Private businesses that put cameras in their banks, stores, office buildings, gas stations, etc., have the right to do so.
The city putting cameras on our city streets is a violation of the Fourth Amendment, even if it does stop speeding/running lights. For those willing to give up that right, let the city put a camera in front of your house. If there is a fire or robbery, the fire or police department will know immediately and save you.
Does it matter if you will be on camera every minute of the day as long as you are secure?
