If they oppose public health care, give it up
The Gazette Opinion Staff

Every member of Congress receives publicly funded health care, even those who are adamantly opposed to the idea that it would be offered to the rest of us.
I think that those who are unwilling to provide the public with such an option should give up their publicly funded health care system and join us regular citizens who have to find a way to seek and afford health care coverage on our own. If they say it's bad for us, why isn't it bad for them?
If residents of every other advanced nation in the world can have some form of public health care, why can't we?
