ICE director compares immigrants to Amazon Prime products

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons said at a recent “border security expo,” that he wants the mass deportation of immigrants to be treated “like a business.” He added the process should be “like Amazon Prime, but with human beings.”
Seems to me another regime prided itself on its businesslike efficiency when dealing with people deemed undesirable. Of course, Amazon didn’t exist then — so instead of Prime trucks, they used cattle cars.
