Hy-Vee employee lives the company’s slogan

As a daily shopper at the Edgewood Road Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids, I am very impressed with the customer service and knowledge that Greg (a produce area employee) has given toward myself and I'm sure many others.

He always greets customers on a first-name basis and by his body language you can see that he enjoys his job. He will stop anything he is doing to better serve the customers to the fullest. Every time I see him, he is very complimentary and sincere.

I work with customers every day as well and it's great to see that there are people out there who enjoy pleasing people. I think he deserves to be recognized for his dedication in making people smile.

Hy-Vee's slogan is “Where there's a helpful smile in every aisle,” and I truly believe that Greg is the definition to that slogan.
