Hunter’s legal issues point to case for Joe Biden’s impeachment

Now that the arranged plea deal between Hunter Biden and the Justice Department has collapsed and a special prosecutor is appointed, media outlets are scrambling to deal with how to cover the failure of the Justice Department to adequately investigate Hunter’s financial activities and his relationship to Joe Biden. IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler have made it clear that efforts to conduct a proper investigation were repeatedly delayed and even blocked by higher-ranking people in Merrick Garland’s Justice Department.
A successful plea deal might have put all this back in the shadows. Now attention must return to the revelations from the House Oversight Committee, which has bank records of Biden family shell companies (there are more than 20,) which have received millions of dollars in payment from countries including China, Russia and Ukraine and Romania.
Major media have been studiously avoiding this story, as it is clearly dangerous to the Biden administration. But as new information comes out it is becoming increasingly clear that Joe Biden, through his family and especially Hunter, has been taking bribes from foreign countries. Keep in mind, Biden publicly bragged about forcing Ukraine to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company Hunter served as board member, for corruption.
The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives can impeach the president for “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The case against Biden for bribery charges seems increasingly plausible. The Senate likely won’t convict, but the time is coming for change.
