How do Christians support Trump?

It is incomprehensible to me how Christians put their faith in a man who has cheated on at least two of his three wives, swindled contractors out of what they were owed, duped people through his Trump University, mocked a disabled person at a rally, and is facing trial for instigating an overthrow of the duly elected president with the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection. I don’t know any Christians who brag about a claim they could shoot someone and not be held accountable. In all of his misdeeds and prejudices Trump is unrepentant.
Those who profess their belief in Donald Trump buy into his falsehoods and bravado, and castigate those who doubt the word of a man twice indicted and now facing four separate trials, as “haters.” I’m not a hater; I love democracy and statesmanship over the cult of personality and personal gain. I pray to God there are other Iowans who will vote for candidates who not only “preach,” but who “practice” Christian values.
