Honor Flight was a thrill and honor

It's been a month since I went to Washington, D.C., on the Honor Flight. I would not have gone on my own. I cannot tell you what a thrill it was for me that day. The people (who did not know us from Adam) were wonderful and at times were very moving. To think after 60 some years, people would thank us for doing what we did. You had to be there that day, June 22, to feel that impact. Thank you so much.
