Honor Flight makes for memorable day

On behalf of all the veterans of World War II and the Korean War, thank you to all sponsors, Rockwell Collins, Hy-Vee and other contributors for making last month's Honor Flight a memorable day.
The flight was enjoyable as were the tours of all the historic places, including the memorials, points of interest and Arlington Cemetery.
It was a great honor to represent the veterans of World War II and the Korean War who could not go. Their supreme sacrifice made this all possible for the rest of the surviving vets.
We hope we can do this for the veterans of Vietnam in the future.
