Homosexuality is anarchistic in form and character

In the autobiography of his early life, “Surprised by Joy,” C.S. Lewis describes a classmate at Wyvern College. He was an Irish earl and of him Lewis states, “ ... he was an exception to all rules; not because of his earldom but because he was an untamable Irishman, an anarch in grain, whom no society could iron out.” That would have been an apt description of myself without Jesus Christ, and even now is not far from the truth.
Homosexuality is anarchistic in form and character and if I were a gay person of principle I'd certainly expect equal protection in my person, but I'm sure the last thing I would do is invite the “blessings” of society and government into a union with my lover. That would seem a loss of freedom to me. The gay community seems to have no philosophy at all and if they were to try and develop one to explore their motive in desiring to be like heterosexuals it might be the end of the entire commotion.
The only skin I have in the game is their use of the term “gay civil rights" as a crutch in advocating for same-sex marriage. This term is paradoxical, hypocritical and simply dishonest. It is a great injustice to Martin Luther King Jr. and I'm surprised Black America isn't outraged. But I suppose everyone is expected to make allowances. Truth and honesty can wait for the achievement of their goals, not that either matter that much to them anyway. The self interests of the same-sex marriage movement would more correctly be called special interest rights, but that is too much to expect of course.
