Holland devoted to Independence

One of my favorite quotes of all-time comes from the anthropologist Margaret Mead: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”
This type of devotion is exactly what Independence City Council member Jon Holland has. He serves our city to the best of his ability while volunteering countless hours to local charities and events. He truly leads by example. I've been fortunate to work with Holland on several non-profit and educational projects.
Independence offers a great quality of life for businesses, individuals and families. Independence is at a crossroads, as citizens, we need to choose if we want our city to continue to grow.
Part of this decision is electing appropriate and dedicated public servants who will represent the populace in a positive manner. Holland is a great example.
I encourage all to re-elect Holland in his at-large council member position.
