Help keep pet population under control

Local shelters have had to take in a large number of kittens, lessening the chances adult cats will get adopted.
We do have a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Cedar Rapids. Information on the Iowa Humane Alliance can be found at iowahumanealliance.org or by phoning (319) 363-1225. The phone is answered Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The facility also offers other vet care packages that include some vaccinations, internal and external parasite control, and other medical procedures at a lower cost than most vet clinics charge.
Be a good steward to your cat or dog by remedying the over population problem, rather than contributing to it.
