Health debate coverage reflects media bias

I have been very disappointed on how the media has viewed health care reform. When right-wing Republicans shout down Democrats, they are seen as an unruly crowd. However, when the left-wing democrats shouted down Republicans during the Bush administration, they were seen by the media as a group of concerned citizens.
The question is, are Republicans unruly or is the media biased?
