Health care opponents lack perspective
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Aug. 11, 2009 12:54 am
The irony of health care reform is that the people who would most gain from it are the ones who are protesting the loudest. It comes from the black art of convincing people to vote against their interests.
The people who have Medicare are screaming that government cannot run health care services. If I hear one more selfish old person tell me that I can't have government health care but I better keep paying for theirs, I am going to scream.
