The Jan. 18 issue of The Gazette was full of environmental stories that made it interesting to read and appreciate.
Beginning with California's drought, that edition contained articles on urban wildlife, climate change, white water river health, an outdoor education facility on the northeast side, the acreage addition to Morgan Creek Park, cooking emerald ash borers out of firewood, and a productive ice fishing trip.
