Grassley standing up for Iowans’ health care

I read with interest the Oct. 18 guest article on “Grassley not on side of Iowans.” It was written by the president of Service Employees International Union, so the conclusion is understandable.
The “facts” stated in the article do not line up with the Iowans I have talked with regarding health care changes. They recognize many of the proposed changes will drastically affect their care, especially the seniors who reside here in Iowa.
I commend Sen. Grassley for his stand in doing what is best for Iowa. I would encourage everyone to obtain a copy of Department of Veterans Affairs' booklet called “Your Life, Your Choice.” This can be found by Googling online. This is an example of what will be given to all seniors.
