Grassley should debate Conlin, explain himself

Sen. Chuck Grassley, now I get it. I couldn't understand your refusal to debate Roxanne Conlin about Iowans' concerns. Iowans are smart voters who discuss their differences face to face. We expect our candidates to do the same. And we have a lot of important questions that need answers.
Why must I pay one-third of my limited income for health insurance? What is wrong with a one-payer system with no middleman to take his cut? Why do you want to privatize federal programs like Social Security? Why do you trust the private sector, which offered unsound mortgages to unsuspecting lenders and sent our economy into a downhill slide? Is it because they poured millions of dollars into your campaign coffers?
Why should you debate when you can use their money to offer us vague “answers” in your paid television ads? Either stand up and explain yourself one-on-one with Conlin or get out of the way and let Iowans have a senator who is not afraid to explain herself - Conlin.
