Grassley should choose country over party

President Donald Trump's policies orphaned hundreds of immigrant children at our borders. He withdrew us from the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, and the Iran Nuclear deal. He withdrew us from the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement, and renegotiated NAFTA. He increased tariffs on our allies and China causing farmers to lose billions of dollars.
Trump paid mistresses for their silence before the 2016 election, and bragged about being able to grab women's privates. He denigrated and mocked the disabled, women, immigrants, politicians and anyone else who challenged him - except dictators, autocrats and thugs. One of his only legislative accomplishments, tax cut legislation for corporations and top earners, caused deficits to balloon.
Despite this, the senior senator from Iowa feels compelled to offer his unequivocal support for Trump's re-election in 2020. Sen. Chuck Grassley must put country ahead of party, or retire to his Field of Dreams.
